These trades happen between real players in-game — this site just helps you find each other. Follow these to keep it safe and fair.
Trading Adopt Me items for Robux, real/IRL money, gift cards, or anything outside of Adopt Me is not allowed. This violates Roblox and Adopt Me's own Terms of Service, and it's the single biggest source of scams in house trading communities. Every offer on this site is built from actual Adopt Me items only — there's no way to attach Robux or cash to an offer here, by design.
List and trade houses you personally own. Don't post on behalf of a friend or sibling, and don't act as a middleman to get around another player's trust or reputation. If you're not the one who'll actually be in-game completing the trade, don't post it.
A build is "Cloned" if it's 70%+ similar to another existing build, including speedbuilds. Claim your house is 100% original when it isn't, and expect it to get reported — this is exactly the kind of thing the "Report this listing" link exists for.
Values shown on this site come from two sources, and neither is an appraisal: Verified values are derived from actual trades confirmed by both sides on this site, and Data Team values are self-reported by vetted members. Both get more reliable as more data comes in, but a small sample can still be wrong, and item values shift over time as the game changes. Treat any number here the way you'd treat advice from a friend — a useful starting point, not something to trade on blindly. Always cross-check before committing to a trade.
Builders offering custom house-building services should set realistic deadlines and shouldn't demand full payment upfront without any trust established. Clients shouldn't ghost a builder after work has started, and shouldn't clone or copy a commissioned build without the builder's permission.
Nothing valuable ever passes through this site — it's a matchmaker, not an escrow. When an offer is accepted, both players get each other's Roblox username and complete the actual trade in-game themselves. Use normal in-game trade safety: don't trade with someone who won't let you tour the house first, and don't be pressured into rushing a trade.
